Mental Health and Wellness
If you or someone you know experiences mental health issues, it is important to realize you are not alone. Studies have shown that approximately one in four people experience a diagnosable mental health disorder. You can help yourself and others by being educated about mental health illnesses, issues and concerns.
College counselors are available to meet with students and provide counseling regarding wellness. Issues such as transitioning to college, stress management, relationships and other personal or mental health concerns may be addressed.
